Congressman Jared Golden is seeking input from Maine residents on their opinions on infrastructure needs and priorities.

“From crumbling roads and bridges to a lack of high-speed internet, Mainers have been waiting for Congress to act on infrastructure for decades,” Golden said. “When Congress begins work on an infrastructure bill, I need to be ready to push for Maine priorities. That’s why I’m reaching out directly to Maine communities to find out what infrastructure projects will make the most difference for them.”

The congressman’s district staff will be working with town, city, and county officials in the Second District to identify priorities, but Golden is also encouraging Maine residents to complete a survey, which can be found on his website,

Golden chairs the House Small Business Subcommittee on Contracting and Infrastructure.
