On Thursday, March 21, the public is invited to hear from two of Lincoln County’s newest representatives, Chloe Maxmin (left) from House District 88 and Holly Stover (right) from House District 89. The program will be held in the Community Room at the Newcastle Fire Station, 86 River Road in Newcastle. A social half-hour starts at 6:30 p.m., followed by the discussion at 7 p.m. The talk is being presented by the Lincoln County Democratic Committee (LCDC) Campaign Committee. Stover and Maxmin will discuss the causes they are working on and share their general first impressions of work in the Maine Legislature. Maxmin is a member of the Joint Standing Committee on Agriculture, Conservation and Forestry, and Stover is a member of the Joint Standing Committee on Health and Human Services.
