Susan Jane “Kiki” (Dalzell) Morse, 78, local artist of Camden, peacefully passed away on November 21, 2021. Susan was the beloved companion of 33 years of Louis “Louie” R. D’Agostino, who passed away on February 10, 2020.

Born in Camden on November 7, 1942, Susan was the daughter of Gerald G. Dalzell from Prince Edward Island, Canada, and Dorothy Dale (Walsh) Dalzell from Burnley, England. Susan’s brother, Jarvis “Jerry” E. Dalzell passed away in 2010.

Susan attended schools in Camden and a private school in Philadelphia, where her mother was a teacher.

Her love of art started as a young girl. Susan’s work has been exhibited from Maine to Florida with some collections owned by individual collectors internationally. She also worked as a docent at the William A. Farnsworth Museum and volunteered at CMCA in Rockland. In the Rockland Lobster Festival juried art show, we won best theme.

Susan also loved being a “horse show” Mom and grandmother, karate, traveling and golfing with lifelong friends. After moving back to Camden from Florida, Susan and Louie held annual birthday pig roasts for his birthday celebration. They loved spending time at their camp in the summer with family and friends.

Surviving is daughter Melody (Scott) Knuth, of Maine and Colorado; granddaughters Lauren, Brook (Jarred) Ahl and Kelsey (Cody) Knuth-Pratt. Susan was predeceased by her first husband, Lynus Morse.
