The Portland Museum of Art is offering PMA Films at Home, a selection of films that can be rented from their website. Partnering with exhibitors and distributors, they are renting first-run content to the public; a portion of proceeds benefits the museum. Some selections are paired with bonus content such as live question-and-answer sessions or filmmaker interviews.

A recent monthly films email recommends films that address issues of injustice and inequality and profile black citizens striving for change, some of which screened as part of PMA Films in the past. They include “Whose Streets,” “I Am Not Your Negro” and “Lorraine Hansbury: Sighted Eyes, Feeling Heart.”
