February 27: New England, a 600-foot Irving Oil tanker, arrived in Searsport from Portsmouth, N.H., and delivered 45,000 barrels of gasoline and 48,000 barrels of diesel. It sailed February 28 for its home port of Saint John, N.B., location of the Irving Oil refinery.

March 5: Ilia, a 623-foot bulk carrier, arrived in Searsport from Casablanca, Morocco, and delivered 42,000 tons of salt.

Iver Prosperity, a 603-foot Irving Oil tanker, arrived in Searsport from Boston and delivered 46,000 barrels of No. 2 heating oil. On March 6, it continued to Bucksport and delivered 32,000 barrels of jet fuel.

March 6: Trinityborg, a 565-foot general cargo ship, arrived in Searsport from New York with a load of baled wood pulp.

March 7: Coho, a tug with barge, arrived in Searsport from Saint John, N.B., and delivered 82,000 barrels of asphalt. It sailed March 8 returning to Saint John.
