June 6: Sarah Dann, a tugboat, delivered a deck barge to Cianbro’s Eastern Manufacturing Facility in Brewer and spent the next week docked in Belfast. On June 15, it returned to pick up the barge, loaded with modules for a refinery in Pennsyvania, and headed south toward the Gulf of Mexico and the Mississippi Delta.

June 13: Noreaster, a 604-foot Irving Oil tanker, arrived in Searsport from Saint John, N.B., and delivered 115,000 barrels of gasoline. It departed June 14 for Boston.

June 18: La Cheval, a tugboat, arrived in Brewer from Fourchon, Louisiana, and delivered a deck barge to Cianbro to be loaded with modules for a refinery in Pennsylvania (see Sarah Dann, above). La Cheval is the sixth tug and barge of a scheduled 19 to pick up modules from Cianbro. It was scheduled to pick up the barge and head south on June 27.

Captain Andreadis, a 623-foot bulk carrier, arrived in Searsport from Damietta, Egypt, with 52,000 tons of road salt. It was scheduled to depart June 22.

June 21 — Tanja, to Searsport from Portland, delivering clay slurry.

June 22-23 — East Coast, to Searsport from Saint John, N.B., delivering 80,000 barrels of gasoline.

June 25 — Da Hua Shan, to Searsport from Cadiz, Spain, delivering 70,000 barrels of asphalt.

June 28 — Karen Koby, to Brewer from Berwick, La., delivering a deck barge to Cianbro to be loaded with refinery modules.
