April 14: Noreaster, a 603-foot Irving Oil tanker, arrived in Searsport from Boston and delivered 45,000 barrels of No. 2 oil and 45,000 barrels of diesel. It sailed April 15 for Saint John, N.B.
April 15: Denali, a New York–based tug with fuel barge, arrived in Searsport from Providence, R.I., and delivered 15,000 barrels of ethanol. It sailed April 16 for Portland.
April 16: Chemical Pioneer, a 662-foot chemical tanker, arrived in Searsport from Savannah, Georgia, and delivered caustic soda. It sailed April 17 for New York.
April 17: Noreaster returned to Searsport from Saint John, N.B., and delivered 95,000 barrels of gasoline, 30,000 barrels of diesel and 45,000 barrels of No. 2 oil. On April 18, it continued to Bucksport and delivered 90,000 barrels of No. 2 oil, then sailed April 19 for Saint John.
April 21: Noreaster returned to Searsport from Saint John, N.B., for the third time in six days, and delivered an unknown quantity of No. 2 oil. It sailed April 22 for Providence, R.I.
April 24: Cape Gavi, a 604-foot oil tanker, arrived in Bucksport from Portland and delivered 90,000 barrels of No. 2 oil. It sailed April 25 for Saint John, N.B.
April 27: Weco Josefine, a 590-foot bulk carrier, arrived in Searsport from Albany, N.Y., to load scrap metal bound for Turkey.
Expected Arrivals
April 29 — Ainazi, to Searsport from Montreal, delivering diesel.
