Belfast Maskers has cast the roles for their upcoming production of A Christmas Story, the holiday musical based on the 1983 film of the same name which centers on a mischievous, bespectacled boy, Ralphie, who dreams of getting a BB gun for Christmas. 

The show runs from November 30 through December 9 at The Bazz, the Maskers’ new theater at 17 Court Street in Belfast. Erik Perkins and Erica Rubin Irish will be playing the Old Man and the Mother. Mark Durbin will star as the show’s narrator, Jean Shepherd. Mirabelle Kutsy-Durbin will play Raphie Parker, and Silas Ociepka will play the younger brother, Randy. The adult ensemble includes Chip Curry, Bob Nichols, Tiffany Schofield, Angela Domenichelli, David Wharfe, Sasha Kutsy, Paula Tripp, Sean Ociepka, Beth Whitman and Matthew Pease, with Meg Nickerson as Miss Shields, the strict teacher.
