• Lunch Box Meal Prep — Online, Tuesday, May 4, from 4:30 to 5:30 p.m. Nutrition educator Kaitlyn Johnson will demonstrate how to prepare fresh lunches that will help participants save time and money. Free.

• Calming Yoga — Online, Wednesdays, May 5 to 26, from 9 to 10 a.m. Certified yoga instructor Patti Prema Kristiansen will lead sessions designed to decrease anxiety, stress and inflammation. • Gentle Birth — Online, Wednesdays, May 5 to 26, from 6 to 8 p.m. Introducing a new approach combining brain science, birth science and technology, the class will include training and education in mindfulness, hypnosis, cognitive behavioral therapy and sports psychology.

• Yoga for Strong Bones — Online, Thursdays, May 6 to June 10, from 9 to 10 a.m. For those with osteopenia, osteoporosis or who want to maintain strong bone health. The gentle class is led by certified yoga therapist Patti Prema Kristiansen. No previous yoga experience is required. The cost is $39.
