The training will be led by August Sender, rural advocate, and Erin Sturgeon, educational coordinator, both of SASSMM. The free four-session class it is for any adult who finds himself or herself in a caregiver role, and it is designed to educate and empower while helping participants build skills to better protect children from sexual abuse. Free child care is available, and a light meal will be served. All are welcome, but registration is required. To register, contact August Sender at 323-2654 or august@sassmm.org.
