During Friday’s Art Walk in Rockland, from 5 to 8 p.m. on September 7, the Art Loft — a non-profit community art center located inside the lobby of the Thorndike Building at 385 Main Street, Suite 9, in Rockland — is featuring works by painter Katharina Gifford. Also on display will be pieces by Justin Kinney.

In addition to the fine art paintings by Gifford and Kinney, some works by Linda Leach and Sandy Clement, including jewelry, sculpture and painting, will be on display. Leach won the 2017 Niche Award in the polymer jewelry category. Clement is the creator of the copyrighted Mussel Men, which are sculpted polymer faces on shells found along Maine beaches.
