Camden Public Library will host an online show of photographic artwork by Sue Michlovitz and Dianne Kittle called “Visual Artists: Our Journeys to a Personal Project” throughout May. The artists will show and discuss their recent work via Zoom and talk about how they used their photographic imagery as source material for books on Monday, May 3, at 6 p.m. Email jpierce@librarycamden.org to request the link to attend.

Michlovitz and Kittle are both pursuing Master of Fine Arts degrees at Maine Media College in Rockport and will be graduating in May. The images featured in the show highlight work each artist has collected for publication in two fine press books.

Michlovitz, whose mediums are photography and book art, is a member of Mid-Coast Maine Book Arts group and has recently joined the board of trustees for the Center for Maine Contemporary Art.

Kittle has studied photography in California, New Mexico and Australia. She taught photography at an international school in Thailand and in Illinois at the Chicago Botanic Garden.
