Performing artists Anna Dembska (left), Susan Osberg (center), and Andrea Goodman (right) will present their new work, “Love Lies Bleeding,” at St. Paul’s Chapel, 1055 Dutch Neck Road, Waldoboro, at 6 p.m. on Friday, September 13. The piece explores themes of love, mortality and renewal through an Inuit folk tale, Taoist philosophy, cosmic winds, and a plant called love-lies-bleeding. Osberg is director of Workwith Dancers Company in New York City and has performed internationally. She is also a writer and filmmaker. Anna Dembska and Andrea Goodman have performed together since 2012 as Music of a New Frequency. They have worked together since their 1986 collaboration at La Mama Experimental Theater Club in New York City.
