Waterfall Arts, 256 High Street in Belfast, invites everyone to the opening reception for its second annual Young Artists Gallery Takeover exhibit of work from Waldo County schools and youth groups, on Friday, March 3, from 5 to 8 p.m. The show, celebrating Arts Advocacy Month and the value of art education, will highlight local teachers and what’s going on with the arts in area schools. The exhibit continues through March 30; gallery hours are 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., Tuesday through Friday and by appointment.
